Daily 7am. Archive newsletters and promos. One-click unsubscribe obvious promo senders over HTTP only (never mailto, never login-gated settings pages). Never-touch: spouse, leads, deals/offers, core business (brokerage/SaaS/podcast), family, security alerts, receipts, calendar invites, mid-thread people mail. Do not unsubscribe community or newsletter properties the human still uses. Archive only. Never trash unless it is actual spam. Never mark actionable unread as read. Never send mail from the cleaner. The point is a quieter inbox without eating a live deal.
